Even as the Parliament is split in two factions over the Feb 09 JNU row involving anti-national slogans, a new video by Aaj Tak has emerged. The video shows the slogans were not being shouted by Umar Khalid, as accused by Delhi Police and BJP.
The video alleges there were a number of outsiders present in the JNU campus at the time of the incident and were allegedly shouting anti-India slogans. The video even shows an woman wearing burqa besides Umar Khalid walking away while slogans were being shouted. However, it is not clear who were shouting the slogans even though it is clear that Umar Khalid was not the one as Delhi Police alleged.
