ABP News has gone in the murky depths of DDCA operations to unearth yet another shady scam. Investigation reveals that majority of cricket clubs under the controversial body only run on papers. Around 111 clubs are registered with the DDCA. Their job is to promote cricket among youngsters and to give them platforms to showcase their talent. These clubs include government and private clubs. These clubs provide cricket pitches, equipments and refreshments to young cricketers. Out of the 111 clubs, only 25 operate properly. Rest are only on papers. The remaining clubs have no practise pitches, equipment, ground or even offices. DDCA acknowledges this fact.
