A man, who appeared to be mentally unstable, stabbed a passerby at Virar railway station in Mumbai. While the others ran helter skelter, the man threatened others with the weapon, including a police man. The incident occurred over the foot over bridge in the station. The man then ran away followed by the policeman. The panic-struck people ran for their lives, even as others stood stunned.
