Nine Indian reporters were among 110 journalists killed around the world in 2015, a media watchdog group said it, dubbing India as “Asia’s deadliest country” for media personnel, ahead of both Pakistan and Afghanistan. India saw the killings of nine journalists this year with four of them being murdered for still undetermined reasons. War-torn Iraq and Syria were the most dangerous places in the world this year for journalists, with 11 and 10 fatalities respectively.
