In yet another shameful act of Mumbai Police a shocking video has emerged as a couple was rounded up by the cops and beaten severely inside the Andheri police station. The video was taken from inside the police station.
The girl could be heard screaming and apologising profusely while pleading to let them go but to no avail. A police officer seems to be present there too. The couple claimed they were working with Tech Mahindra and offered their identity cards though the police seemed to be interested only in thrashing the helpless duo.
Even though the girl said her aunt was working in the parliament that did not have any impact on the police officer who was shouting to beat the couple mercilessly. Police kept hitting the couple even as they were bleeding. The couple’s fault was they were picked up police when they were engaged in an argument, showing a clear case of “moral policing” by Mumbai Police.
