Railway officials on Sunday responded to Nayan Sinha, an 11-year-old boy from UP’s Unnao district, who had written to PM Narendra Modi in September 2015 seeking an overhead bridge across the railway tracks near his house. Sinha in his letter had complained that he had to take a longer route to school which led to delay and punishments from teachers.
