Tej Pratap Yadav, son of RJD chief Lal Prasad Yadav, was asked by the Governor to repeat his oath after a flub in the swearing-in ceremony at Gandhi Maidan in Patna on Friday. He had said “Upekshit” (neglected) instead of “Apekshit” (expectations). Even in his second attempt, he fumbled on another word. Tej took oath as a minister in Nitish’ Cabinet.
Soon after the swearing-in ceremony, Twitter was abuzz with criticism of CM Nitish Kumar for picking Lalu’s son as the Deputy CM. Even as #NauviFailDeputyCM soon started trending at top on Twitter in India, a link to a news article on Ibnlive.com went viral on social media.
The article claims two sons of Lalu Prasad Yadav, former Railway Minister, got into trouble for allegedly indulging in eve-teasing on New Year’s Eve and were beaten up by unidentified youths in south Delhi. The article was first published at 07:46 PM IST Jan 02, 2008 and author’s name appeared as “test sharma”, giving rise to suspicion over its authenticity.
Any of you who doubt qualifications of Lalu's son. Please check this link. @Being_Humor
