All coaches in every train of the Indian Railways comes equipped with an emergency window for escape in case of accidents or other crisis situations. But chances are that most people don’t quite know what to do with an emergency window when faced with an actual emergency.
To remedy the situation, the Ministry of Railways recently shared a video on Facebook that shows exactly how the window can be used as an emergency exit.
And no, you don’t break the glass window to make it work. Instead, follow the directions to remove the glass panel entirely by following these directions.
