KV Nasha is an anti drugs song by AAP leader Kumar Vishwas. This song encapsules the menace of drugs among Punjab youth. Via this video, Vishwas encourages youth to come out of this trap.

The song signals how AAP will target ruling Akali Dal in Punjab where elections are due early next year.

Vishwas, who has written, composed and sung the song, highlights the drug problem that plagues Punjab and, in a play of words, targets the Badals who rule the state at the head of the Akali Dal-BJP government.

The song, released on May 8, has gone viral, viewed 40,000 times at the time of writing this. AAP chief and Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal has given it a “Must Watch” rating as he shared it on Twitter.

After sweeping Delhi last year, Arvind Kejriwal’s AAP is eyeing Punjab, which gave the party its four seats in the Lok Sabha in the 2014 general elections. The drug menace is a big election issue and AAP is seeking to displace the Congress as the chief challenger to the Badal government.
