Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal was a Naxalite before Assembly elections in Delhi. His fault was he dared to fight BJP, then riding high on Modi wave. On Tuesday, he became an ‘anti-national’. This time his fault was he tweeted a cartoon published on The Hindu newspaper.

The cartoon depicts a Hanumanesq figure who tells PM Modi that all attention has been shifted to Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). Twitteratti went berserk after Kejriwal’s tweet of the cartoon and demanded Delhi Police must arrest him forthwith for being an ‘anti-national’, as they call the Delhi CM. Some even dared him to tweet a cartoon depicting Islam’s Muhammad in this manner. Here are some:
Kudos @ArvindKejriwal for standing with JNU anti-nationals. Even called Hanuman a Gunda #KejriwalInsultsHanuman pic.twitter.com/gvR788HwG1

#KejriwalInsultsHanuman Tweets
Meanwhile, Opposition leaders allege Modi govt is acting against innocents. Police must take action against the culprits only besides calling it a BJP conspiracy to portray the institution as den of anti-national activities which is not true. JNU is known to be a hub of intellectuals and freely express their opinion on all types of issues.
